We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops, yet away from the bustle of the Main Street. We were also pleased with how close it was to the bus stop, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and the modern and clean facility was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for dining. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, including homemade bread. We couldn't ask for a better experience!
The bed in our room was a bit too soft for our liking.

The view from my room was amazing, with a clear sight of the beautiful buildings and the amazing Matterhorn mountain. The hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the center, and there were great transportation options available to explore the surrounding area.

From the moment we arrived, they treated us like VIP guests, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. They even provided a complementary taxi service to the train station, making our journey hassle-free. The newly renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, and we had a fine view of the village and valley. The breakfast selection was excellent and varied each day, with homemade bread and pastries. We also enjoyed the spa area with a relaxing pool, sauna, and spa facilities. The staff were knowledgeable about Zermatt and provided us with helpful recommendations for dining and activities. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm and cute atmosphere, really good service, and excellent amenities.
